All content on our site, including specific room information, graphic design and all other relevant information and content, is the property of The Partners In Business Group, VillaBreezeMarbella.com or Breeze-VIP Travel and protected by international copyright law. It may only be used on a personal basis for non-commercial purposes and its reproduction, distribution, copy or any other use for commercial purposes is expressly forbidden.
PERSONAL AND NONCOMMERCIAL USE LIMITATION
Use of this website is conditional on your acceptance that all information contained in it and all matters that may arise between you and us shall be governed by UK and USA law. Any disagreements that may arise between you and us shall be dealt with by the competent Courts of UK and/or USA to the exclusion of the Courts of any other country.
DEFINITIONS & INTENT OF THE VIP PACKS
‘VIP Club Member’ – a subscriber to one of the VIP Packs.
‘Subscriber’ – the person paying the Monthly or Yearly Subscription for a VIP Pack.
‘VIP Pack’ – a bundle of exclusive benefits that relate to the Subscriber’s holiday trip, that the subscriber and their family can enjoy and use with any holiday booked in a Partners in Business Group property, with the ultimate benefit of receiving the VIP Pack benefits at a greatly reduced price, saving the Subscriber money, compared to the prices if the benefits were individually booked and paid for.
‘VIP Pack Stay’ – one unbroken period of a holiday booked. One ‘VIP Pack’ can be used for one’ Stay’.
‘Benefits’ – these are the elements within each VIP Pack that offer the Subscriber exclusive benefits to helping the Subscriber, and their family, have a more enjoyable holiday.
CONDITIONS RELATING TO BENEFITS
Room Upgrades: Whenever these are available they will be offered as a priority to ‘VIP Club’ Members. In the event that a Room Upgrade is unavailable, a Room Credit of €25 a night (to a maximum of €150 total credit per stay) will be added to the VIP Member’s room, to be used as a credit against drinks, snacks, food, taxis, etc charges that are normally chargeable to the Member’s room.
Complimentary Champagne & Wine: The brand or region of wine cannot be specified, but what is guaranteed is that the wine & champagne will be of a superior standard commensurate to the VIP Pack the subscriber has chosen.
Cocktails: These are any cocktails on our accommodation’s Cocktail List, with a selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available.
Booking Services (restaurants, tours, sightseeing): Though we will make every effort to secure your requested booking for you, we cannot be responsible if the booking request cannot be fulfilled if for any reason the requested booking is unavailable.
4G Mobile Internet Service & TV/Movie Club: This is provided by a 3rd-party partner on our behalf. No deposit is required as we secure the agreement for our Members, but loss of the mobile internet device, will incur an additional ‘replacement fee’ of €50 to be paid by the subscribing Member.
Airport Transfers: Any change in flight, delays or cancellations must be notified to us as soon as possible to allow us to make alternative arrangements for your airport transfer. If a flight is delayed or cancelled and we are not notified at least 2 hours prior to your pick-up time, a ‘re-book fee’ of €50 will be required to ensure you Airport Transfer can be rescheduled.
CHANGES AT SHORT NOTICE
There may be occasions when it is necessary for us to withdraw certain services and facilities (‘benefits’) or change prices at short notice. We do not make any representations or warranties to such changes but if these have been notified to us prior to your departure, we shall endeavour to pass this information on to you as soon as feasibly possible.
BOOKING AND PURCHASE CONDITIONS
The applicable booking and purchase conditions are those that appear on the relevant “observations” in our Booking Process.
CANCELLATION NOTICE
Should a VIP Subscription be cancelled or amended after it has already been made, any associated cancellation and amendment charges shall be payable in accordance with our cancellation and refund policy. Any such cancellation must be advised to The Partners In Business Group, VillaBreezeMarbella.com or Breeze-VIP Travel, sent to the general e-mail at info@PartnersInBusinessGroup.com and shall only be considered valid and regularized after it has been confirmed in writing to the traveller by The Partners In Business Group, VillaBreezeMarbella.com or Breeze-VIP Travel.
SUBSCRIPTION PERIODS RELATING TO VIP PACKS
Monthly Subscriptions Only:
At least 6 months Subscription must be paid prior to the VIP Pack being available to be used, and so subsequently 6 month’s Subscription must be paid prior to the commencement of the holiday trip (start of the ‘Stay’) to take advantage of the Pack benefits.
Between 6 to 11 months Subscription paid, 1 x VIP Pack (for one ‘Stay’) can be used.
After 11 month’s Subscriptions are paid, the full amount of VIP Packs relating to the Pack chosen can be used.
Yearly Subscriptions Only:
The full amount of available VIP Packs (relating to same amount of ‘Stays’) can be used immediately.
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
Should a VIP Member choose to cancel their Monthly or Yearly Subscription, then from the date of receiving written email cancellation notice to The Partners In Business Group, VillaBreezeMarbella.com or Breeze-VIP Travel, no further subscriptions will be charged to the Member, effective immediately.
In terms of refund; Monthly Subscriptions are cancelled immediately with no further charges, with no ‘balance of the month’ refund. Yearly Subscriptions have a minimum 3-month payment period, after which any period paid for by the Member is refunded in full from the cancellation date. For example; if a Member takes out a GOLD Yearly (12-month) Membership, and cancels after 2 months, 25% of the Yearly subscription is retained, and 75% is refunded.

When you place an order through this website, we need to know your name, e-mail, phone number, address and credit card details if paying by credit card. This allows us to process and fulfill your order successfully. It also helps us in maintaining your account.
