PERSONAL AND NONCOMMERCIAL USE LIMITATION

Use of this website is conditional on your acceptance that all information contained in it and all matters that may arise between you and us shall be governed by UK and USA law. Any disagreements that may arise between you and us shall be dealt with by the competent Courts of UK and/or USA to the exclusion of the Courts of any other country.

CHANGES AT SHORT NOTICE

There may be occasions when it is necessary for us to withdraw certain services and facilities or change prices at short notice. We do not make any representations or warranties to such changes but if these have been notified to us prior to your departure, we shall endeavour to pass this information on to you as soon as feasibly possible.

BOOKING AND PURCHASE CONDITIONS 

The applicable booking and purchase conditions are those that appear on the relevant “observations” in our Booking Process.

AGE RESTRICTION 

Please note that Villa Breeze is an adult-only B&B accommodation, and we cannot accommodate any child under the age of 18 years old.

PAYMENT POLICY

Guests can book and secure their room, with their credit card details, but no payment is taken until within 42 days of the arrival date deemed as the ‘payment date’. At the point of the ‘payment date’ the booking price is payable in full, and we will charge the card details the Guest has given us with the total booking price. If the total amount is not paid, we reserve the right to cancel the book and release the room for another Guest to book.

CANCELLATION NOTIFICATION

Should a reservation be cancelled or amended after it has already been confirmed, any associated cancellation and amendment charges shall be payable in accordance with our cancellation and refund policy. Any such cancellation must be advised to Partners in Business Group, sent to the general e-mail at info@VillaBreezeMarbella.com and shall only be considered valid and regularised after it has been confirmed in writing to the traveller by Partners in Business Group.

GUEST CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

The guest can cancel free of charge until 42 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the total price if they cancel in the 42 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.

PRIVACY POLICY

We have committed ourselves to protecting your privacy. We use the information gathered to enable your account and to enhance your online experience. Any and all the information collected on this website will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned! We respect the right of users to remain anonymous and will endeavour not to knowingly disclose user identities unless directed by a court of law.

When you place an order through this website, we need to know your name, e-mail, phone number, address and credit card details if paying by credit card. This allows us to process and fulfill your order successfully. It also helps us in maintaining your account.

When you place orders, we use a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, several layers of encryption and several layers of security to prevent unauthorised access protect all of the sensitive customer data we collect.
